This will probably be my last Flanker mission. I don't plan on building any more missions until after Lomac has been out for a while. I'm going to be busy with that I'm sure.
This mission should keep you busy though. It's a four hour sea battle with 106 sorties and two ship groups about to engage each other. You will get to see the sunrise. (You know, if you live that long.) I have never made it all the way to the end without being killed. The farthest I got was about three hours into the mission. Recovery is enabled but if you send in an entry your score will end the first time you die. That's kind of the trick to the mission too. You have to decide when you should go offensive and when you need to go defensive. You can lay back and stay alive but if you do not participate in the mission your side will surely lose.
You will be flying the Su-33 on an anti-ship mission. You must destroy the American ship group before they destroy you. There are some pretty interesting features to this mission. Landing on the Kuz as it begins to change course was pretty neat. Seeing the first rays of day light come into the cockpit and watching the sunrise effect was pretty cool too.
As usual, there is an easy and difficult version. I hope you enjoy it.
